1. 具備代書/地政士資格者佳，個案配合。 2. 對危老重建案開發具企圖心及高度熱忱。 3. 熟悉危老條例、都市更新計劃、地政相關法規。 4. 能針對重建個案進行可行性評估/投資效益分析。 5. 擅長溝通，整合住戶意願，提高成案的可能性。 6. 配合各專業人士(如建築師…)召開重建說明會， 具簡報能力。
