外場服務人員工作內容 1.接待客人，協助入座 2.基礎介紹及服務 3.餐廳特色、服務方式及餐點介紹 4.協助顧客點餐及聯繫內外場與送餐服務 5.桌邊服務及進行簡易餐飲之備料，調配飲料等 6.收餐及環境清潔與維持 7.確認消費明細並協助顧客結帳 8.其他主管交辦事項 9.與團隊一同創造顧客完美的用餐體驗 ◎ 薪資發展與獎金制度 1. 本薪：$ 30,000 元以上（需具備餐飲服務經驗1年以上尤佳） 2. 獎金： - 全勤獎金（ $2,000元） - 月業績獎金（依店舖業績達標發給，3,000元以上） ◎ 排休方式 1. 上班時間：09:30 - 21:00 （採兩頭班，休息時間營運期間安排） 2. 月休假、特休假依勞基法規定 3. 加班費依勞基法計算
