Job Content
【職務內容】 1. 與客戶及內部利害關係人進行需求訪談，釐清問題並定義目標、系統範圍 2. 負責分析需求與撰寫需求規格書、流程圖、Use Case等文件 3. 協助規劃功能優先順序、驗收條件與管理需求變更 4. 與SD、開發、測試團隊共同協作，確保需求正確落地且維持一致性 5. 參與專案會議，整理議題與決議事項，並追蹤進度與控管風險 6. 工作地點包含新北市五股區、新莊區、土城區 【必要條件】 1. 系統分析或需求分析相關工作年資2年以上，熟悉需求分析工具與方法（如流程圖、UML、Wireframe 等） 2. 具備良好溝通與文件撰寫能力，能清楚表達需求邏輯 3. 具備良好跨部門協作與問題拆解能力，能有效追蹤需求與變更 4. 熟悉基本文書工具包含Excel、Word、PowerPoint等 【加分條件】 1. 具備系統整合或特定產業（ERP、金融、製造等）相關經驗者優先 2. 具備API（REST或JSON）或資料庫（SQL）基礎概念 3. 熟悉Scrum敏捷開發或具有專案管理相關經驗
