Job Content
1.計算食材進貨的數量並控制出菜量，以確保食材適當存量與控管食材成本。 2.進行廚房衛生管理工作，並確保食品均符合衛生管理的規定。 3.執行安全與衛生的檢查，並維持與確保冷凍庫及其他區域的衛生和清潔標準。 4.餐點品質控管及出餐流程管控。 5.共同研發新菜色與菜單。 6.管理內場食材採購、設備維修，以及人員排班調度。 7.領導團隊，達成工作績效與考核目標。 8.訓練、調度、績效、升遷評核等工作。 9.主管交辦事項。 歡迎正向樂觀有想法的夥伴加入我們 1.曾服務中式餐飲經驗尤佳。 2.歡迎有志從事蔬食餐飲的夥伴，樂觀喜愛分享助人者。 3.目前籌備中預計2026年上半年開幕,開幕前會需要至北市其他分店受訓 【來面試就送！誠徵蔬食夥伴中】 想找工作但怕白跑一趟？ 來善菓面試 現場就送 NT$200 禮券！（未錄取也送）
