❉ 略懂Linux 作業系統 ❉ 1.趨勢科技之產品〔SWP(Server Workload Protection)〕問題處理: ➤產品安裝問題之故障排除 ➤產品使用操作以及設定 ➤問題之Debug log收集並傳送至趨勢原廠分析。 2.定期會議： ➤每日定期會議之工作進度報告 ➤每週定期會議之案件問題檢討 3.完整Trend產品教育訓練課程。 4.略懂Linux 作業系統基本指令和操作。 5.主管交辦事項。
