Job Content
【工作內容】 1. 與開發團隊及跨部門(如業務、客服等部門)合作，參與專案需求討論及進度追蹤 2. 與客戶端進行溝通，並協助制定產品規格相關文件，確保各專案符合時程規劃 3. 與技術主管合作，進行人力資源安排及工作分配 4. 統整跨部門協作問題，規劃並優化後續流程 5. 協助與第三方廠商的溝通，確保串接流程順暢並檢查交付品質 【 需求條件 】 - 有良好的溝通能力、重視團隊合作並能獨立解決問題 - 能夠在高節奏的環境中工作，同時保持對細節的關注 - 商業日語能力（有與日本客戶對應過經驗） 【 加分條件 】 - JLPT N1 - Web和APP等相關專案PM經驗 - Figma or Adobe XD等繪製過WireFrame的經驗 【工作地點 】 - 日本或台灣，可遠距工作 - 初期一個月需進辦公室實習（依工作安排調整） 【其它條件】 - 可發日本工作簽證 - 有個人相關專案經驗者可附上履歷
