● 土地開發業務拓展 ● 不動產市場資訊蒐集、洽談、與地主談判與協調簽約 ● 土地開發、建築相關法規蒐集與研究 ● 合約簽訂、履約執行與管理 ● 建設公司開發或業務部三年以上工作經驗、曾有上市櫃建設公司經歷者佳 ● 有實際主辦成案經驗以及操作過已簽約完成合建案者佳
