We start with a 30-minute consultation to confirm the department, headcount and the problem to solve, then send a curriculum adjusted for your company plus a formal quote. Once confirmed we set dates and run it on-site or online. Typically two to three weeks from enquiry to class.
Four people is enough to run a class. Up to 50 works as-is; above 50 we move to a custom plan — teaching method, space, teaching assistants and grouping all need rethinking.
Per-session pricing: 3 hours from NT$25,000, 6 hours from NT$48,000, 9 hours from NT$68,000, each including 4 people; additional people are charged per head from the fifth. Materials included, and on-site delivery covers instructor travel; other counties and weekend sessions are quoted separately. Companies with 30 or fewer staff can apply for MOEA subsidies, up to full reimbursement.
Yes, and that is how we normally run it. The 45 course modules work like building blocks: we start from the role and duration bundle, then rebuild the exercises around your real reports, lists or proposals so the output is usable straight away.
Either works, but we strongly recommend on-site. On-site is hands-on with one laptop per person, and the instructor can see who is stuck and fix it on the spot — the difference in outcomes is clear. Online runs over video with screen sharing, which suits multi-site teams or managers sitting in.
Usually in your own meeting room or computer lab, with our instructors coming to you. We are based in Taoyuan and cover Taipei, New Taipei and Hsinchu; for other cities please check availability with us first.
