We start with a 30-minute consultation to confirm the department, headcount and the problem you want solved, then send a suggested syllabus and quote. Once confirmed we schedule the date and teach on-site or online. From first enquiry to class day is usually two to three weeks.
We run classes from 4 people up, with no upper limit. For on-site sessions we scale teaching assistants and break-out groups to the headcount so nobody falls behind; for larger groups we recommend the 6-hour format or longer so there is enough hands-on time.
We quote per session based on duration (3, 6 or 9 hours), headcount and how much customization is needed. Materials are included, and on-site classes cover instructor travel. Cross-city and weekend sessions are quoted separately, and the final quote is confirmed in writing after the consultation.
Yes, and that is how we normally run it. The 40 modules work like building blocks: we start from the role and duration bundle, then rebuild the exercises around your real reports, lists or proposals so the output is usable straight away.
Either. In-person classes are fully hands-on and work best with one machine per person. Online classes run over video with screen sharing, plus a recording and step-by-step notes afterwards. Hybrid also works — managers online, hands-on staff in the room.
