WPORT Career Port Founded in 2023
The name “Cuai-Wa” comes from the Taiwanese pronunciation of “find me,” combined with a frog image. Our three founders, each with over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, saw clear gaps in recruitment digitalization. In particular, international students often need extra documentation, and collecting data and preparing government-required PDFs takes significant time. That is why we built a job platform designed specifically for international students seeking work in Taiwan.
Eric
CEO
With over ten years of software industry experience, Eric entered the startup ecosystem through AppWorks Summer Matching and worked at Pasitco for more than eight years. He enjoys tackling unfamiliar challenges and once visited over 13 bicycle retailers across Europe in person. After joining WPORT, his vision is to connect Taiwan with the world and help international talent find job opportunities in Taiwan more smoothly.
